Where is all the snow this winter?

I don't remember having such a mild and non-winter like January, as we have had here in Maryland this year.  Thanks to the northern jet stream staying farther north than normal - it has been more like spring than the middle of winter. 

Already, I have reported two spring like thunderstorms in January!  I don't even remember that happening.

I wouldn't rule out February and March yet, however.. Until then, we can just enjoy spring in the middle of winter..
